Finding himself on top of a roof during high school, Bud fell in love with the construction industry at a young age.  Having started a family right out of high school Bud got a jump start on the importance of working hard to support the ones he loves.  Bud’s enthusiasm for work and his energy bring joy to the faces of the crew members even on the toughest of days.  Bud never has to be asked twice to do anything and will drop what he’s working on to help others without skipping a beat.  Bud is passionate about learning new applications in the construction industry and likes the opportunities to take his skills home with him and work on projects around his own house.  Never without a smile, Bud is most often found on our framing crew but never refuses the call for help from the trim crew.  Also a servant to his community, Bud has been a volunteer First Responder since 2008.  Bud’s hobbies include home repair projects for his family and friends, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.  Bud resides in West Salem with his wife, daughter, and son.
